GIGA waterproof film faced shuttering plywood can re-use above 15 times. the surface is smooth and waterproof . two time hot pressing.film colour can be customised of red/brown/black. Due to its durability and easily handled surface it can be used in open environment in construction and building edge : waterproof painted edges with same color as film colour, no core gaps,no overlap,no discoloration,no glue strain on surface,no bending . two side double sanding.
1.Glue type : Phenol-formaldehyde (WBP), Melamine (Urea-melamine-formaldehyde made by ourselves /mixed glue of MR and melamine
2.Film Weight : 120 g/m2 ¨C 400 rotations according to Taber test
220 g/m2 ¨C 750 rotations according to Taber test
3.Film Color : DBO ¨C Dark Brown Opaque. Different colors and film weights are available on request.
4.Density : 680 ¨C 700 kg/m3
